Meridian is a workspace for solo consultants, built and run by Howard Grahame. This policy explains, in plain English, what data we hold and what we do with it.
We collect the information you give us: your name and email address, your subscription status, and the work data you enter into the app — your clients, contacts, projects, tasks, time entries, activity notes, and follow-ups.
We use your data only to provide the service: to show you your workspace, to calculate your reports, to bill you through Stripe, and to send the emails you've asked for (password resets, account notifications).
Your data lives in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Your data belongs to you. You can export your time and reporting data as CSV at any time from the Reports section. To delete your account and all its data, email howard@howardgrahame.co.uk and we'll take care of it promptly.
Meridian uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. That's it — no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels.
