Meridian is a software service for managing consulting work — clients, projects, tasks, time tracking, and reporting. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Use a strong, unique password.
Use Meridian for legitimate business work. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use it for anything unlawful.
Meridian is billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account settings, and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds on partial months.
Your data belongs to you. You can export your reporting data as CSV at any time, and request deletion of your account whenever you like.
We aim for high uptime, but at this tier we make no formal service-level (SLA) guarantee. Occasional maintenance or downtime may occur.
Meridian is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous twelve months.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll email you to let you know.
